24-Hour AXA Roadside Service*	Type 1
1. Deliver your EV on a flatbed truck to the nearest repairer authorized for repairing your EV if it cannot be fixed at the breakdown location	Free first 100 Km.
2. Deliver your EV on a flatbed truck to the nearest charging station to charge your EV in case of your EV battery runs out of charge	Free first 100 Km. per event max. 2 events per year
3. Emergency repair at the breakdown location	Limited to 1,500 THB per event unlimited number of events per year
4. Deliver your EV on a flatbed truck to the nearest authorized garage to unlock your EV in case of lock out and/ or loss of car key	Limited to 1,500 THB per event max. 2 events per year
5. An option of replacement car rental, transportation or accommodation if the vehicle repair takes more than 24 hours and the breakdown location is more than 100 km away from the insured permanent residence	Limited to 4,000 THB per event max. 2 events per year
5.1 One-way domestic plane ticket, OR	2 Seats
5.2 One-way domestic train ticket or public transportation, OR	2 Seats
5.3 Replacement car rental, OR	Limited to 2,000 THB per day max. 2 days per year
5.4 Accommodation	Limited to 2,000 THB per day max. 2 nights per year

Remark:

● AXA Roadside Service is provided for breakdown incidents which are not caused by accidents.

● The Roadside Service is provided only for 4-wheel vehicles.

● “Vehicle” stated in this document shall mean any vehicle that is insured with the company.

● This service is not include the cost of spare parts replacement.

● The Company recognizes the customer's address as indicated in the insurance policy as the customer's permanent address unless the customer notifies prior to the emergency incident.

● Customer can use Roadside Service provided in Thailand only.

● For point 5, base on repair assessment by AXA Roadside Service.

● Term and condition are as specified by the Company.

● The Company reserves the right to change all or any part of term and condition without prior notice.
